Hi, if you are an English speaker avoid this vet. They are rude if you do not speak Polish and they will make you wait and wait without giving you an explanation. In my case they decided to take other people (polish) that came after me. VERY UNHELPFUL STAFF! PS. It was not my first appointment as my dogs had an operation with them. Other thing, they will not give you an invoice even if you ask for it.

I have mixed feelings. They helped when our dog was bitten, they kept him alive before he went to the clinic in Jelenia Góra. It was Saturday, there was no other doctor in Bolesławiec, hence the decision to seek help elsewhere. We became regular customers - vaccinations etc. My trust was damaged when the vet confused our dog in the system and 3 months after vaccination against rabies he was vaccinated again! Our dog is a mixture of shih tzu, and a Labrador was vaccinated ... We explained it somehow, similar names of owners, we are only human, we make mistakes. One of our visits was related to "bumps" turned to the dog's back and tail. The vet said they were atheromas, and ordered them to be watched if they were growing. Unfortunately, after a while the lesion on the tail opened, so I went to the clinic as quickly as possible. The vet said that the tail had a fistula and the atheroma had to be removed because the dog could even lose the tail! We were given an antibiotic, tested and the dog underwent surgery to remove the lesions on the back and tail. The treatment took place on Thursday, we were checked on Friday - okay, on Saturday - okay too. However, on Saturday evening I noticed something dripping from the tail. I made an appointment on Monday. After shaving the entire tail, it turned out that the dog had dermatitis all over the tail - one big wound: (We got antibiotics and ointment. he heals, so a stone from the heart. Another visit on Saturday - another vet and it turns out that the tail does not heal well, that it is rather suitable for amputation! that we are going to Jelenia Góra, because how is it possible that everything is great on Thursday, and that the tail is amputated on Saturday ?! They cleaned his tail very thoroughly, but under incomplete anesthesia, and not live! Even stitches! The dog spent 5 days in the clinic in Jelenia Góra, the surgeon said that the tail could be saved, but we learned that whatever we cut, we should do a histopathological examination, because it could have been something malignant. I picked up the dog on Thursday - the tail looks much better, only there is a wound in the place after the atheroma, which will heal for a long time ... We are still undergoing treatment, the dog suffered unnecessarily, but I will not turn back time ...
