Company shop 1st class high quality products high Polish quality I recommend
A great disappointment, my husband and I drove over 300 kilometers to Wałbrzych to the company store. I ignore the technical condition of the building with the comment, but the store is closed at 10.30 because the system has failed. Please, kindly let us in, let us talk and place an order by phone or make a transfer if the system is not working. No way. We are to arrive at 1 p.m. after 1 p.m. still nothing. The retail customer service department calls, no one answers, no one answers the number to the store. Bored lady secretariat says that nothing can do. The ladies in the store are here, but they won't open. It is difficult for many other companies in Poland that are certainly eager to sell goods. Jesrem is embittered with the level of approach to the customer and I will definitely not come back here or buy anything, embarrassment.
This is not the porcelain factory that was even under the PRL. You can see everything in black.
