I wanted to know a few things about the contribution. The gentleman in the store was irritated and not nice, because maybe I asked a stupid question, but as a customer I can, I think if I don't know myself, but the lack of culture towards the customer is for me Come on!

As an investor of a several million construction project, I dealt with this company 2 times - the first time I was looking for a solution for a fireplace - we wanted 2 functions of one with glass and open to the mood. Mr. K. recommended the most expensive existing Brunner model. Unfortunately, after installation it turned out that it can not be used in "glass up" mode because it kicks the entire building. PLN 25,000 ... We were also recommended a furnace from the "exhibition" for pellets, which unfortunately broke several times. The feeder either came loose and did not feed and it was not possible to set the oven so that it did not get tarred. The furnace is useless because after sending us to the manufacturer, neither this company nor the manufacturer, which is at least a shady company and today even no longer existing, did not take ANY responsibility for the state of the matter. Therefore, I recommend AVOID this company and save yourself nerves. The answer that appears below is as substantive as all their services ...
