The church of Saint Stanislaus, the Bishop and Martyr in Wschowa, was repeatedly destroyed by fires and rebuilt. During the Reformation, for several years, the temple was used by Protestants. It was returned to the Catholic community in 1604, and in 1685 the church was burnt again in a fire. The temple was rebuilt in 1720-1726 according to the design of the Italian architect Pompeo Ferrari. In this condition, the church has survived to modern times. It is a basilica church with three aisles, representing the Baroque style, with elements of Gothic architecture. - The church of Saint Stanislaus, the Bishop and Martyr in Wschowa, was repeatedly destroyed by fires and rebuilt.
