Embarrassment! I have been trying to get through for 3 days ... My grandmother contacted them 3 days ago. She doesn't have a cell phone and she doesn't even have a way to contact her. I live 80 km from Świebodzin so it's not a walk to kiss the door handle and come back.

It cannot be that while waiting for surgery, you cannot contact this facility in any way. This reflects their approach to the patient and human problems in 100%

I do not recommend. The surgeon did not save the recording of the arthroscopy surgery, and thus prevented any further more accurate diagnosis without the need for further surgical intervention. So what if they have ISO certificates and some procedures, how well the patient is in the background. It is better not to record, because someone will want compensation later. Unfortunately, if someone has a clear conscience, they will have the recording and make it available to the patient. So I advise against the facility because after many months of surgery I haven't regained my fitness and it is worse than it was. The doctor operating on me did not show proper support after the surgery trying to get rid of me in an arrogant way. I ignore the fact that he exposed me to the need for a second operation, because he overlooked the damage elsewhere. The physician should not address the patient with impersonal phrases such as "sit down and wait". It is no longer the time of "communism". The doctor should not address the patient also on the principle: "the Lord came to me after the surgery and I did not promise you anything". Other medical staff is absolutely impeccable, but that is not enough for a higher rating. However, the doctor represents his hospital and the hospital is responsible for what doctors he has. By the way, I was never able to call the doctor on duty when I needed advice after the surgery. Dozens of attempts are not visible enough.

In the case of my conditions, the best specialists. Doctors have a positive attitude to the patient and rehabilitation is carried out by qualified and always smiling staff.

I am already 6 weeks after knee surgery I do not know what pain is staff doctors are handymen with an approach to the patient I recommend 👍
