July 11, 2020, around 10:45 am I stand at the door of the Social Insurance Institution, The heat, the sun is warming right on the front door, I press the bell - you pop up screaming at me, did I have breakfast - I politely answer yes, Mr. shouting that I should not call because he is eating breakfast, angry shouts that I should go inside. In the meantime, I say that it's hard to wait outside in such heat. I don't know what's going on COVID, mine but why are people so rude?
