The chapel at the barn, also called the roadside (once used to run this way Opole-Racibórz) Today it is the intersection of Szkolna and Lipowa streets in Folwark. The chapel was founded by a cluster in 1675. It is not known, however, what the intentions of its creation were. Perhaps it was supposed to be an expression of begging for the extinction of the plague that ravaged the area in 1679-1680
