The communications department is a massacre, which is why no more employees are giving up these positions. A huge minus.

The waiting time for settling the matter in the communication department is over 4 hours !!! For people who want to arrange something, I suggest taking time off at work, taking a lot of coffee, sandwiches and patience with them. The lady in the window is either painting or drinking coffee or eating something. Within an hour she served as many as 2 customers !!!

The queue as for communes, only 2 are open for 6 seats. After collecting the ticket, no one was called for 12 minutes, and only 46 people in front of me in the queue to register. You work there as a punishment, and are supported by public funds, i.e. our taxes. The level of their work is embarrassing.

The time is really long, the service is nice. No need to complain. People make these queues.
