The castle was closed but the surroundings were amazing.

For me, it is the only tourist attraction in this town. However, this castle is a good reason to visit Kwidzyn. Large brick gothic castle, build by Teutonic Knights. The castle is the Branch of the Castle Museum in Malbork. You can see here the largest dansker (an old toilet facility). We had a small problem with room order. There are signs, but too small. Entrance to the tower is paid extra and only possible with a guideman, at specific hours. The tickets are sold in the nearly tourist shop. Not very interesting view, you can see the city and part of the Vistula River.
