Parish St. Marcin's church in Wojkowice Kościelne existed before 1325, but the church could have existed earlier, as evidenced by its oldest part - a Romanesque rectangular presbytery, built of stone blocks, and the former sacristy on the north side (currently the treasury) and a small part of the nave. The village belongs to the oldest towns in the Siewierz region.
