I do not recommend! They have the data provided by me, the appointment is made, the time shifted faster !! I arrive and the cleaning lady says she called me and texted me. People !!! 3 days of hunger, the medicine bought, the body weakened, the leave at work taken, and the team went home an hour earlier .. professionally ....

I do not recommend ! By telephone, when setting the date of the colonoscopy procedure for seniors from the Ministry of Health, I agreed that the anesthesia is also free, after arriving at the place it turns out that they ask PLN 200 Where in other institutions performing this procedure everything is free because the whole is refunded by the Ministry of Health. I was cheated, I was tried to stretch, I incurred unnecessary costs?

After colonoscopy and anesthesia, they give the patient back (over 70 years old) who is not even fully awake. No help from staff when the patient passes out in their arms. Sitting in the waiting room and observing the approach to other patients, at times you felt sorry, to put it mildly. There is no question of empathy.

Very nice, helpful and pleasant staff. Intimacy of the study preserved. Disciplined and well-coordinated team (Colonoscopy under anesthesia)
