The best laundry in town - kind and to the point; service at the highest level. I recommend!
Instead of behaving professionally and saying "we damaged your rug" on delivery, the customer comes, pays for the service, brings the rug to the house, unfolds it and only sees a huge wipe that could not have been unnoticed by the person who released the rug through the machine / dried / rolled up. And the customer has to roll this rug again, pack it in the car, lug it back to the laundry and fight
I gave the alpaca wool blanket to the laundry hoping for professional service. I picked up the blanket in a tragic condition, completely destroyed, to which the staff said that in such condition I brought it. After a very unpleasant conversation with the owner, who treated me casually and tried to convince me that I had already brought a damaged blanket to the laundry room, I could not pick anything up - I could not even make a complaint. I do not recommend!
The best laundry in the city, a professional approach, professional service, the best quality and always on time, I recommend to everyone.
Tickets are bought at the same ticket office as snacks and it makes life much more difficult if you only want a ticket, you wait a long time. Armchairs and places between them are planned only for small people. Putting a mug in the stand is a challenge. Rather claustrophobic.
