Unfortunately, despite previous positive experiences in the dentistry section, today I could not be served by an orthopedist. Due to the failure of the medicover parking gates and the lack of understanding on the part of the building security, I was up to 5 minutes late looking for a place outside the parking lot. Despite a very helpful reception, which actually had a line, I was not served. And I would understand if it was my fault or the service of another patient, while the lady at the reception desk could not locate the doctor for 10 minutes running around the facility and calling different numbers. On the hotline, I received information that the doctor should be in the office. Apparently, some of the staff, like Mr. Marek, function in times when the patient is a petitioner, not a client, and is for the doctor, not the opposite.

I have no objections to the staff and services provided by Medicover. However, the facility is terrible. The parking lot is very small, the reception desk has only 2 parking spaces, which means queues at the entrance (by the way, the entrance door has an extremely impractical mechanism), in addition, due to the ongoing construction work around the building, chaos reigns. Today, both entrances were blocked by builders. Despite the information about the entrance to the facility from Grundmann, today the entrance was from ul. Żelazna. After entering, it turned out that it was not known which barrier to approach, because information about the car park is available only on the ticket collection machine. Despite the fact that I arrived with a lot of time, I was late for the visit because of looking for a parking lot, entrance and entrance to the facility. As of today, it is the worst Medicover facility in Katowice.

The first time I was ... after reading the comments, I arrived 39 minutes early, unnecessarily. on time I was admitted by a very nice doctor. At the entrance, the information board is not readable and a bit obscured, not visible, and I drove to the wrong parking lot. At the exit you have to stamp the ticket and I had to come back because I had left it in the car. Very impractical front door! Essentially everything is ok, organization is a bit lacking! They are segregating !!! 👍

Unfortunately, a great disappointment. Due to the pandemic, panels for self-confirmation of visits are disabled in this facility. You have to wait in line at reception for this. As many as 1 employee at the reception, which creates huge queues (20 minutes of waiting for unhooking = late for the visit). A pointless policy, because at Medicover na Graniczna you can confirm it yourself and it is without inconvenience and delays.
