I have been calling for registration from 8.00 am I called once to register, you were looking for my file, in the meantime, two people registered and I waited on the phone for information and, as an anger, 20 minutes on the phone and she hung up without any information. Now only the line is busy or disconnected. So much for the topic.

Doctor B. J-O), who saw me today, left the office "for a while" to write me a prescription. There weren't any patients in the clinic, on the second floor at least. After a long time of waiting, I went out into the corridor and I hear that in the office next door there is a lively discussion about going on vacation during the pandemic. I pointed out to the nurses that I was waiting, but you can see in the clinic there is such respect towards doctors that you cannot ask if they remember that there is an abandoned patient in the office, while they break off the prolonged discussion about holidays. "You have to wait" I heard several times !. After a longer time (about 15 minutes) the doctor went out to the corridor and admitted with disarming honesty that ... she had completely forgotten about me. Total mockery! Her colleague from the office next door must have been very concerned about the topic of travel today, because as soon as she finished the topic with one person, she immediately started talking to one of the nurses (Mr. K.) on the topic "vacation in times of plague". I really understand - epidemic, sacrifice etc., etc., but does this justify making such eggs from a patient? Let us respect each other, because even though many doctors are not able to understand it, I think that the patient also deserves some minimum respect.

The situation in the morning was already 6:20 at the clinic to register. With a fever I stood 10 in line in front of the clinic door to register outside. When I registered to Dr. Klłusek I got 10 number and information to be at 10:30. When I arrived for this hour I received information that Mrs. Kłusek will not be until the end of the week. When I wanted to make an appointment with another doctor dr the next day I heard that it is impossible and that you have to wait again tomorrow morning in the queue for registration. All people who stood in the morning for registration to Mrs. Kłusek stood for nothing. For me it is mockery of this whole health center and this staff.

I also put out one because I tried to make an appointment today and last week and I was sent back twice because they had no seats. I said my condition indicates that I shouldn't go to work because I work with children, but the center manager refused to look at my case. It is also impossible to make appointments for the next days. It is not possible to check what this center is like, but something is clearly not working well here. Apparently the time has come to write a complaint about this establishment.
