Constant delays, even the bus tracking app doesn't seem to matter much. The correction of the timetable led to the fact that most buses are not connected to each other. Buses go to the depot excluded from the timetable when they could be started even from the station to the Żabka estate and from there to the depot. Many buses go behind them, a few minutes apart, and then create a gap that sometimes lasts more than an hour. The attitude of drivers to passengers has improved, probably mainly because they do not make contact with them through the prevailing epidemic. The condition of the buses is correct, although more frequent cleaning of the interior or more accurate would be advisable. Cigarette smoking by drivers should also not take place and it happens notoriously. The information on the displays on the bus is a lot of confusion. The information inside the bus does not give the name of the stop but only the streets, never used conventionally in Zawiercie communication do not count for much. The message given 5 times in a row that the stop is a given street says nothing.

Buses are late all the time and do not arrive on time, timetables are not changed! What is that supposed to be? !? !
