Such unfriendly and unhelpful women working in Żywiec KRUS rarely meet in other institutions on a daily basis. Nowadays, employees are required to be competent and professional, especially in places where contact is with the client. One can forget about these features when visiting employees of Żywiecki KRUS. Zero any self-discipline and willingness to help others, not to mention the smile and response to the usual "good morning". Instead of keeping almost retired women who are burned out and destroying the opinions of Polish authorities, they should employ young, smiling and energetic people who will change their opinions about this terrible place.
