A complete disrespect for a patient who is actually putting himself at risk in a pandemic so that the company can earn huge money from pharmaceutical companies to research and test drugs on patients. Personally, I had to spend my time and come for an additional test, because someone did not secure the tests and they simply were not there. Twice, despite setting a specific time, I waited 45 minutes and no one paid any attention to me, because the nurse was busy talking to a friend, and so was the registrar. Today I was supposed to undergo gastroscopy under general anesthesia, but unfortunately for reasons beyond my control, I did not have a companion. Despite informing SYNEXUS about this fact, I was ordered to go to the hospital for a checkup because, as it was stated, the director works there and she will arrange the matter. During the trip to the hospital, I received a phone call saying that the examination would not be performed under general anesthesia and that I would either decide to do so or return home. I chose the latter solution and on the way back home I received another phone call saying that I was to go to the hospital for an examination, which of course I did not go to. People! Think carefully before you decide to become guinea pigs, because for the company you are another dead number and you are not even affected by the five for animals !!!

Superb service at the Synexus clinic in Poznań. I don't understand negative reviews. I have been a patient for several years and I believe that this is how a visit to the doctor should look like.

Poor rating, no phone contact from the website, 2x had to drive up, and parking at Głogowska in Poznań is not an easy matter. After which it turns out that I do not pay by card. I have to run around the city and look for an ATM. Finally, an important study did not take place. Embarrassment.
