it is not necessary to give even half a star !!!!!! over 1.5 hours waiting for an antibiotic injection ??? !!! inadmissible!!! and visit cost 115 pl for what ?? that you see the doctor's face ?? !! very poor organization! and the little girl at the reception tells you with a smile on her lips, even for an injection ... you have to wait in line and you do not have priority !!! but how long does it take to make an injection? and especially that it is antibiotic given at fixed hours ?! finally gave up and looked for another veterinarian who did not spend more than 5 minutes and with an very proper visit cost. very disappointed!

I am not your client, but I give the highest grade for complying with the sanitary regime. I know it thanks to Mr. Radosław (that is herman, cat atos and probably a few more authors of the last negative comments :)) and if only my pets get sick - I know which surgery to choose. The gentleman who wrote the comments below did anti-advertising for you on Facebook groups and asked for negative opinions. Unfortunately, he was laughed at by everyone there, and the post was removed, so he probably took matters into his own hands and issued negatives from fake addresses himself. Ps. Mr. Radosław - thanks to this storm, which you caused sensible people, they will also know where not to eat pizza :) And I would like to thank the staff of the Wasiatycz clinic for taking care of both the health of animals and people coming to the clinic.

A few years ago I wanted to share a negative opinion about the "clinic", but I had doubts if I was doing it right, so I skipped it, because as you know - the easiest way to judge. Now I know that my foot will never set there again. The day before the visit, I called to find out how to prepare the dog for X-ray and what are the costs associated with it - I found out that if I do not have a referral, I must visit (PLN 60) and the cost of an X-ray image (PLN 100 for one area). On the day of the visit, it turned out that it costs PLN 75. In addition, I was in the office with X-ray as many as 4 times, which caused more stress for the dog and twice as long than planned - instead of asking someone to help immediately. During the visit, the doctor answers the questions asked ambiguously as if I had to choose which answer suits me best. Not only that, when trying to make an injection, the dog was running around the office with a syringe in his body - embarrassment. After noticing at the reception that I had been informed about other costs, the lady said that I HAD to misunderstand - I understood it very well, please listen to the conversations on August 11 between 13:29 and 13:58 - after all, you have them recorded . I came to the "clinic" to do an X-ray, and during a few minutes' visit I was offered an appointment with a cardiologist and magnetic resonance imaging (1000 PLN) - you have good training in selling services, but it is worth doing it with sensitivity, especially if you work with people and other living creatures . Your skills and approach do not suit my vet's heels (this one, however, does not have X-ray equipment). julia

Most heartfelt thanks for saving my life and professional treatment of my schnauzer Fifi by Kilinika Małych Animals Wąsiatycz, including, in particular, doctors: vet doctor Robert Wąsiatycz, vet Janusz Dziurla. All terrible cases, according to the experience of dog owners, happen in the evenings, on Saturdays and Sundays. July 19, 2020 In the evening my schnauzer was massacred by LeonBerger's dog during a walk, she suffered a chest bite in the spine area, rib fractures, perforation of the chest, puncture of the lung, torn intercostal muscles. Around 22nd on Sunday, she was taken to the clinic; The team of the Clinic dealt with her excellently, an operation that saved her life was immediately carried out (veteran doctor Robert Wąsiatycz.). I express my great gratitude to the doctors for the immediate treatment of schnauzer, excellent treatment in the period from 19.VII.20 to 31.VIII.2020 (removal of stitches, end of treatment). Today the dog is healthy. Referring to the negative assessments, as below due to the attention to the lack of a dog guardian's mask, I would like to thank the female registrars for ensuring that it is forbidden to stay in the waiting rooms of the clinic without masks, because it is about health not only of patients' owners but also of doctors, i.e. the functioning of the clinic. If such a professional clinic in Poznań would not operate 24/7, then undoubtedly such cases of dogs as mine described above would have ended in death. I would also like to emphasize that the level of prices for the above-mentioned treatment was moderate, fully adequate to the scope of medical activities performed. I wish the Small Animal Clinic further development and sympathetic patients (BTW also understand that patients are sometimes very upset with what happened to their dogs and enter the Clinic in this state) .v.
