Sad that there are haters about the zoo who have never been there after the scandal with the Internet crook, who actually apologized to the zoo in writing for slander, but what happened, it will not come off and the dirt has gone into the world ...
It is a pity if it discourages someone from coming.
FACTS: There are bears, lions, tigers, elephants, rhinoceros, giraffes, tapirs and of course lots more. A huge elephant house, a lion sanctuary, a bear sanctuary, etc. It is great for animals that the enclosures are large, with hiding places. People who think that they want to see all the animals may be disappointed, because it will definitely not be possible in one visit;) I know, because I have been several dozen times already :) but there is a lot of space for kilometers of walks in the forest (shadow) there are lakes etc, wide avenues. For the less physically fit, there is a free line at the zoo with many stops. Few places with food or ice cream (actually 3), but if someone does not like whining their children about this and that is how they found it;) the zoo is not at all commercial, rather for lovers of nature than spectacular attractions. It is a different kind of zoo than the one in Berlin, Vienna or Wrocław (which is slowly moving towards them), but also super cool.
Ms Zgabrczyńska treats the zoo as a machine to earn money, just like she used her cats
Maybe after changing the director I will come. At the moment, I prefer not to pay for lying and harming animals for profit
