The drama at the reception desk, refused my wife access to medical help. They ordered the woman to look for another clinic at 9 months of pregnancy (although we are enrolled here). In fact, they made a decision as a doctor. Bitter and complete lack of empathy, not to mention competences.

on the reception there was a complete lack of competence, I was sent back with a receipt only because I have not been to a doctor since I was 95 and I did not have any files
