Hopeless service, no words - ignorant people work there - losers, they do the grace that they ask for information. They don't remember the situation from a minute ago - if they talk on the phone they can hang up without warning - because the great lady felt offended as she reminded her that after all the conversation with the lady was held through the open (ajar door) to KRUS. Guard us, Lord, from such officials - the last soprt at KRUS - I think I work in Koło.

Feebly. a friend paid me a premium from his account because I was abroad at that moment. despite the fact that the title of the transfer provided all the data, they caused problems as if at least it was a crime. in general, premiums are best paid in a window because they are lost.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Advisors behave as if they were gods, they do grace to answer the simplest question. Employees do not have adequate knowledge or competence. The advisers make the impression that they are angry, that they must support the clients. They look as if they were doing their job as punishment.
