Unfortunately, my opinion will not be positive. I will describe my adventure with patio exotic. At the beginning the only plus - a nice, polite seller, gives advice. I ordered a dozen m2 cladding boards from AB class larch with transport in the shop. I did not choose boards (in the end I found out that you can't choose boards anyway, they sell like they are - unlike other sellers). Everything was beautiful until the transport arrived. Already when unloading I noticed that some boards are crooked, I called the seller before picking up, he assured me that this was normal. When the transport left, I looked at each board more closely. 40% of the boards were ok, except for the fact that some were fairly fresh, and others very "mature", or yellowed, which suggested that they lay a lot. Of the remaining 60% of the boards, each had a defect, each had at least one of the problems: - crushing depth 2-3 mm, - damaged, broken feathers and inlets, - twisting the board up to 30 degrees along its length, - bending the board into a boat up to 4 cm along its length, - faded marks on a yellowed board from wooden spacers during storage, - large (up to several dozen cm) traces of resin. I was with boards at two other sellers and in one company assembling wooden terraces and facades, and I obtained information from one of the manufacturers of boards. One and the same verdict: all boards have been left for a long time, many of them are mechanically damaged, 50% of them should not be sold to the customer at all. To make sure I looked at the cheapest pine boards in castorama. For 10 boards up to 1, you could forcibly attach that inaccurately ground or has some slight damage to the tongue / groove or is slightly bent. They all had the same color, no signs of aging. I reported the problem to the seller at patio exotic. I heard that I am exaggerating that it is a full-fledged product, I combine too much at all, but if I do not like it, I can drive (organize transport) boards, they will give money back, they will not give me better because they don't have better ones. After removing the boards, another seller after a short look (without even looking at them closely) said he would give the money back. To my question about the costs of transport, which I incurred, he replied that this is my problem, and they accept my return courtesy. To my statement that several people from the industry commented on what they sold me, he replied that they did not know each other, that they are boards of good quality. This is my adventure with this company - I strongly advise against it, maybe I was just unlucky and tried to push warehouse waste ...-
