We bought floors and doors with assembly at ART Studio. Unfortunately, after the infinite implementation, I share the opinion of the previous opinions with one star. They don't answer calls. They do not accept any complaints and guarantees. They are nice when ordering. The deal is tragic, so we negotiated its change (luckily). The floor was cut badly and it does not fit perfectly to the stairs and tiles. We had to install the moldings ourselves. As for the door, it was damaged by the installer. They have numerous scratches. They do not stick to the walls. They don't close properly. In addition, the installer will not notice the factory defect in the form of numerous spots and installed it. Therefore, Pol-Skone did not accept the complaint because the door was installed. As if, after opening the box, the installer noticed (something that cannot be missed) and complained about ANSA to the manufacturer, Pol-Skone would consider the complaint. And yes it is their total fault. After almost a year of time, we only have a broken floor and a damaged door with spots on it. The assembly is incomplete, 5% of the assembly fee is not paid because the works are not received. We terminated the contract. Therefore, there are currently cases in court in Szczecin. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Drama From the sales side and the salon itself, the company is very professional. However, when it came to assembly, the contractor, who is offended around the world, comes (the only one in the company). You "spartoled" your work and had to correct the connection 3 times, which the seller agreed. After a few weeks of use, the Joka vinyl floor deteriorates - it scratches a lot, leaving dents after placing "light" table / sofa furniture. The worst is yet to come - the floor "grows" / "swells" when heated by sunlight. The company rejects further complaints, claims that it is looking for an idea for repair, but it has been virtually out of touch for a month. I advise against cooperation with the Art Studio company, poor quality of after-sales service and the products offered!
