Provet Veterinary Clinic

I am going to tell you a story about how we were deceived and pulled over the enormous costs of three operations on our dog - Bosman, who in the end became even more crippled. At the beginning of the year, our Bernese Mountain Dog was diagnosed with severe dysplasia of both hip joints, Bosun underwent his first operation in April, the next was an endoprosthesis on the other hip, the operation took place in September. We had to take out a loan for this operation, because it cost almost PLN 14,000, but we would do everything for a family member, the more so because we were assured that the dog would have an improved quality of life after the surgery and would certainly be able to move better. Unfortunately, these are just beautiful words, because after about two months, Bosun had X-ray done after the surgery and it turned out that the hip was dislocated and the anastomosis itself was broken, so all operations were in vain, and no response from the clinic or even some solution to the situation, but it doesn't stop there. For a few days we consulted another veterinarian who had X-rayed Bosman's bones and found that there was an infection in the places where the operation was performed. So yes, our money and efforts have been wasted, the doctor does not speak at all, often does not even answer the phone, and our requests for help are dismissed. Maybe it is a good clinic only for small procedures or operations, such as sterilization or usually vaccinations, but after our experience with the ProVet clinic, I advise against performing major, serious operations there, because in the end they probably do not know what they are doing and we are left on the ice with the dog crippled .

I have been looking for a long time in Szczecin for a veterinary clinic that will treat the pet with due respect, and competent people will work there - until finally I found a Provet clinic! I highly recommend - the animal is in the good hands of vets with great knowledge and love for them :)

The vet was very nice, gentle towards the puppy. There were strokes to make the dog feel more confident and the examination went smoothly and quickly. I left feeling that I wanted to have my own vet here, because professionalism beats the eyes :) (with kisses from a small dachshund)
