I was not treated well, you are not interested in everything inside, you have to do everything yourself, you wait in the queue for two hours, then the lady says in the middle of r you have to fill and pay, and again you wait an hour, I do not recommend any information what to do at the beginning, what later. The only ladies at the reception delectable, which I greet very much 😊

We were in July with the whole family, we were returning from Lublin, where there were no numbers at 10:00. Queue in the passport office, maybe 6 people, friendly service, very nice lady, quickly and efficiently.

Queues during the holiday season combined with the fact that only one person is serving applicants is an unthinkable connection. Waiting time - several hours.

In Lublin terrible queues or shortages of numbers and possibilities to settle anything. Here I got information quickly on the phone about the waiting time - service on a regular basis, I was in shock so I came and it turned out that it is. Within 15 minutes I quickly applied for a new passport. The officer is nice but he has carefully accepted the documents and I will be happy to visit this office again. I definitely recommend it and the opinions about this place look outdated or strongly exaggerated.

I do not recommend, the office is open from 10:00 and at 11:00 a 45-minute break :)
