A PLACE WORTH VISITING ... THE CUSTOMER ANSWERS EVERY QUESTION, HE KNOWS THE HISTORY OF THE REGION, HIS FATHER-JAN SITEK, THE MUSEUM FOUNDER HAS GIVEN ALL THE INFORMATION TO HIM ... LOCAL HISTORY.

First of all, you can speak well of the Home Army today, or not at all. Therefore, a large part of the opinion is marked by it and I do not intend to argue with them. First, the exhibition is fair, attractive and transparent. The museum struggled with the amassing of as much information as possible in a very small space, but the effort made to do so deserves credit. Secondly, the exhibit is mostly armament of the troops, consisting of captured German, Soviet or even earlier weapons. I cannot explain what the T-34/85 tank is doing in front of such a museum, but I am glad that it was saved from being scrapped and for this respect, its color was saved regardless of the circles of history. I would like to have more time for sightseeing, tours are chased away quickly due to the pandemic and I hope that when this is over, it will be better.

A perfectly organized museum, I was very positively surprised, because from the outside it does not seem to be any special, I even initially thought that the whole thing is a few showcases in the entrance hall. Meanwhile, the displays on the first floor are well-thought-out, everything is done with taste, I like the key, the music in individual rooms is unobtrusive and fits perfectly with the themes of individual parts of the exhibition. A big surprise on the plus side, I highly recommend it.
