It is an Art Nouveau building in which a children's hospital was located years ago. It was built on the initiative of the owners of the brewery in Lublin - namely by Juliusz and August Vetter in memory of the sister Karolina Brodowska who died in 1906. In subsequent years, this hospital served the youngest generations of our city. When pediatric clinics were moved to ul. Chodziki, there are only a few clinics left in the building.
