Hi, I went to this clinic 3 years ago to have some facial moles removed. I took a flight from U.K to Lublin Airport. The Clinic was clean, and staff were very helpful. The consultants are great My treatment was not expensive, and I was very satisfied with the outcome and to date I have had no regrowth so they did a fantastic Job. Please ignore other negative reviews. Thank you Ars Medica Lublin, you will always the first clinic I Visit should I ever need any further treatment.

On July 21, I had an implantation procedure of the drug "disulfiram" performed in the salon. I had an appointment at 19.30 The doctor came after the opening hours of the salon by bike, he opened it and we started to fix everything. The doctor was supposed to sew me 5 tablets of disulfiram. At first glance, everything seemed reliable and honest in 1000% to me. The treatment was quick and in 15 minutes it was over. Two days after the surgery, there was a thickening at the implantation site that persisted. After removing the stitches, I got an infection or allergy, I went to the nearest doctor on hand because, unfortunately, I was already in Belgium to do something about it. I was given an antibiotic and antiallergic drugs which for some time extinguished the fire, which later came back. Yesterday on 3.09 I went to the hospital asking for the removal of 5 !! tablets that the doctor was supposed to implant, it turned out, there was only 1 and there was not even a trace of the rest !! ... when I called the salon with a request to explain the conversation, I started to conduct politely, you know everything is being recorded :) I was laughed at by the consultant and first she began to impose on me that it was impossible that I had the procedure at their place and the whole conversation was laughing at me as a consultant, this lady should at least keep an appearance of seriousness in such a situation !!!! ... the fact is that the doctor took 700 zlotys in my hand without issuing the receipt even though I was waiting for him. but later agreed that it could have been their doctor. She wanted to persuade me that 4 tablets could be absorbed in 4 weeks. Where the normal time should be up to 8 months ... for me it is usually patient cheating and money out of the procedure. When I mentioned that such matters can be reported to the police, she replied that: it is my business that I would do what I want because I do not care ... well, people are crazy ...

I highly recommend it, I am very satisfied quickly, professionally and painlessly. Dr. Paweł Bury has an amazing approach to patients, you can see that he loves his job and does it perfectly. If you need professional advice and treatment, only in Ars Medica you will not be disappointed and the effect will be amazing.

When calling and arranging for surgery I asked about recovery time, I was told that the next day I could return to normal activities. I had a spider web on my face, but the skin wasn't red it happened when I was straining or eating / drinking something hot. Entering the office I did not receive anesthesia before the procedure, nor a cooling gel. After the treatment the skin was very red. The doctor said it should disappear by the next day ... on Thursday it is 3 weeks and my skin in the center of the face is blood-red. I did not get any recommendations at home on how to care for the skin, too large laser parameters were selected where there was a 2nd degree burn and blisters appeared. I am ashamed wherever I go out and function normally, after consultation I received information that it will stay that way, the vessel has not been closed and will have to be closed with the help of electrocoagulation. In a word, I feel permanently disfigured and depressed, I do not recommend it to anyone ... in the attachment he adds photos before and after "closing the spider"

I can wholeheartedly recommend the Ars Medica clinic in Lublin. Starting from great communication (via email) - very fast and specific answers, to a very pleasant place and a really great price. I had the surgery at 18.30 and exactly at this time I was invited to the office. I had 8 birthmarks to remove and the whole procedure did not last more than 15 minutes along with consultation and examination. The doctor performing the procedure answered all my questions and during the procedure everything was precisely explained. Professional approach and great equipment. I am very pleased with the effect and as I mentioned at the beginning I heartily recommend and thank you for a professional approach.
