Probably it varies, but I came across a nice, competent official, and the security guard (porter?) Is also very helpful, so unfortunately five stars. :)

There is no such rude, arrogant service in the entire treasury universe! The malicious and lazy head of customer service is best suited to the operation of a public restroom and such in a remote area. After the visit I felt like in Bareja! I decided to check into another city so that no zloty bills of my taxes would go to finance such prehistoric offices!

Expensive Google, in the case of this institution, the stars should be negative. I am currently evaluating a visit to -1.5 stars here. Generally, the peak of absurdity and incompetence ... I came to get a standard income certificate for the tax year X. I got a tax year for Y. I wanted to do the same for my wife but you can not ... because in the 21st century, in this ossified concrete institution is zoning. As if some central taxpayer system is but a specific office can not extract any taxpayer data assigned to another US. DISGRACE! What are the taxes ... are my taxes going ?! I hope that the heartless institution and the people working in it will be ... curbs as soon as people get in .... they will not endure and will start to do with this cesspool, which is now the Polish state, order. I do not recommend visiting this institution with all my heart. I hope I will never have to visit her again. I wish you, that in the future these incompetent and ungrateful officers will be occupied by androids, and the staff was thrown to the pavement and died of starvation.
