The worst office in Lublin, they don't know what's going on, security pops out of nowhere or smokes pipes before entering and asks about the purpose of the visit without any good morning. Tragic service, referral from one window to another, complete disrespect. The hands are happy to only pull out for money, but to accept an application for excise duty exemption with a pile of documents is already a problem. In addition, I have not received any confirmation of accepting the application, so it remains to wait and pray that the application does not magically disappear.

It is a pity that there is no opinion zero, what kind of office is this that does not answer the phone ??? I am calling from abroad because I cannot go there, I am trying to get information for 3 days nobody is answering, only today I CALLED ATTENTION 41 times !!! Or no one was picking up or just hanging up after my call to keep it busy !!!
