The only thing I heard from the service technician during the visit was "take off the slats in advance and lubricate the mechanism with something just to not get dirty. Because once a lady from Warsaw called, she also complained about the squeaking, I said lubricate and she does not call anymore, it probably helped". Unfortunately, the Lord was not able to explain why I should lubricate it, service it, since he installed them and he came to the complaint in order to give me an order what to do with them. And that's it for the service visit. Drama. Of course, I called the manager and I was supposed to be connected to a competent person who was to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the second week has passed and there is no response. However, at the beginning of the telephone conversation with his supervisor, he also stated that wooden shutters creak in his house. Maybe it would not be a problem if the squeaking was delicate and, for example, in all blinds, and here a trick, some squeak, the other does not, the lottery. The company ignores the customer and downplays the problem. A few specific thousand put into wooden blinds that were used for teenagers and the customer receives goods resembling I regret from the 90s. Jamming creaky curves. I do not recommend and advise against all hesitating customers.

About 5 years ago I took advantage of the Roletix offer, when submitting the offer, I was assured of the possibility of purchasing each part, be it a cover or a spring, and it was an advantage I wanted. On 09/16/2020 I wanted to buy hinges for a door mosquito net and it turned out that they do not sell any part, only the entire mosquito net and where it was recommended to me. Roletix's policy is unacceptable when it comes to approaching the customer like taking care of the environment. PS: Maybe it would be possible to reach an agreement, but the obstacle is the manager

Over the phone, mesh door 500 PLN, after measurements 700 PLN - the door has probably grown, after installation of the door it is worth up to 250 PLN with installation 300. I do not recommend it, long terms, weak door and charging money.
