I strongly advise against buying in a BLU salon, despite the obvious flaws on the plate, the salon does not have any goods to exchange and does not want to refund the costs incurred. I encourage you to use other competitive salons that take up the excess of purchased goods for up to a year, not to mention the defective range.
I wanted a quick implementation - bathroom design and fast delivery of materials. Cooperation with the designer was exemplary. I received the project at an express speed. Unfortunately, further service of the order was taken by another employee who, for my first question, if I have any tiles left, I will be able to return them, he replied "This is not a pharmacy!". Later it was only worse. The tiles were delivered very quickly, but the rest of the order was to be delivered within a week, a maximum of two. Unfortunately, most of the materials I received only after 15 days and after a few interventions, because in the meantime it turned out that you infallibly forgot to order a mosaic. To the gentleman who served me, I would like to seriously consider early retirement.
