Tragic service !!!!!!! I think they are sitting there as a penalty. I came for the request, standing at the appropriate window and waiting almost a minute, the lady standing in the back and doing nothing at the moment not seeing me even wanted to come. I had to go to the second window asking for the application and only this lady asked the lady standing behind her to come to her position. As if out of mousse, she came over and gave it rough. These are not employees for the office, but for cleaning in front of the office.

Three employees are sitting with headphones in their ears, a queue in the waiting room and everyone turns to one lady absurd at such a point, why are these people sitting here? And this Lord is so bored that I owe him

In the morning, there are few customers, you can quickly settle your affairs. Bank branch on site. The facility is located on the upper floor, no markings from the parking lot. Parking lots in the area are a couple you can find a place to park.
