By paying dividends, I did not pay a fee for communal services. The Office has sent me two reminders to an address different from that indicated for correspondence. Of course, I was charged with the costs of failure to receive a reminder. Does the office feel guilty or admits soy to error? No, the office will graciously change the correspondence address to the same one I gave when I lived in the commune.
