Unfortunately, the order was not implemented, although before submitting it, I asked if there would be a problem. "Realization" lasted from 08/06 to 13/08 during this time I received a package with an incorrect order twice (I suspect that they sent the first package again the second time). After this time, I asked for my money back; for which I am waiting again for over a week - I also had to ask for it. Contact is very difficult; do not answer phone calls; they do not call back voicemail recordings. Answers only on the massager; where I have the impression the conversation is going on with a little incompetent girl; for whom work is a joke. I do not recommend

I really don't recommend it. I have placed several orders with this company, contact has always been difficult and the only thing you can hear on the other side of the handset is "I'll try to find out" and that's it, and the waiting time for the order is getting longer, despite the fact that there is a message on the website to Within 10 working days, never any of my orders have been completed. This time they surpassed themselves, 14 working days have passed and I hear in the handset that maybe they will be able to print it in 2 days, MAY, but they are not able to check it. I was hoping that this situation would improve with them, but unfortunately - if you do not have 3-4 weeks of waiting for your printing, I suggest you decide on a different printing house. In addition, the owner of the printing house with whom I tried to determine the deadline for printing my order is simply rude, not to mention that she does not see any fault or willingness to simply apologize to the regular customer for the delay. Until the last hour before the closing of the company on Friday, I still did not know if I could come to pick up the order. I drove 60 km to get the order and it turned out that part of the order was not printed on the material I ordered. Really - I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The fabrics are very nice, BUT you can easily wait 2 months. And then I got another half wrong. When asked, people are put off, put off and given excuses. Sometimes the worm is in there, I understand that, but it was impossible that it always said "We'll be in touch", and then nothing happened. I always had to run after. I no longer order there, although I think the fabrics are beautiful. But 2 months? And then not even an apology? Never again!

I'm blown away. The quality is top, there are sooooo many patterns to choose from and you can even have your own motifs printed. Everyone should be satisfied here. The Magda responds to every wish and helps until you are happy.

Very disappointed! Ordered before Christmas, delivery not received until today. Was constantly put off for the next day. Was the 1st and last order! It is only about EUR 25 EUR 15 value of goods EUR 10 dispatched. KrohMall says the package was lost. It was not her fault. You will not reimburse anything. GLS lost it. Normally you should think that the customer will be refunded his money and then get it back from GLS if it really is that the package has been lost. Customer friendly equal to zero, I can only say never again! PayPal is now clearing the case!
