Some time ago I came with a cat - the tools used for the procedure were unsterile, after removing them from a metal box instead of special packages, then hidden back there (they had contact with the skin and muscle tissue). For me it is a scandal and a lack of basic knowledge about hygiene. I did not return after this situation and I do not plan to return. In addition, prices are staggering compared to the quality of services.
