It's an ok place to visit if it's on your way, but you can give it a miss if you are short of time.

Nothing special, just a red mill. But you can hike down to the sea and thats a nice place to visit. But it is an hour long walk trough steep walkway

Really interesting renovated mill that actually makes flour every year in September for the local festival. We had a very interesting explanation of how it works and what the restoration involved with no entrance fee at all.
