I would like to address the Ambassador to the Republic of Moldova in Portugal. The request is for the staff, especially the lady who answers the phone. Mr. Ambassador, the lady is very tired or ill-mannered. He answers questions very ugly. Today I am convinced once again (You would rather give a stranger a help than your earthling.) I apologize for the inconvenience, but I look forward to hearing today the 26/11/2020 answer I got on the phone. I wish you a pleasant and easy continuation at work.

Very very bad. They sit with badges on their chests and think they are gods. They behave badly, they need to be changed ....

During the crisis we were assisted with consular help and guidance in an adequate and correct way. Special thanks to Mr. Petru Butucel for the exhausted energy in order to help us and the effort made to return home.
