Disrespectful and totally incompetent sales persons. I tried to buy a car here, but the sales guys were not interested in selling it to me. They took days to reply to emails, they even sent me an proposal and when I asked to simulate an insurance they suddenly (it was over a week after the first contact with them) told me that the model I wanted is not in stock. When I asked them if it's possible to order it, like you usually in such cases with any dealership, they decided to ignore me. Well it's probably for the better – if they already disrespect people trying to buy a car, I can only imagine how they handle warranty claims and repairs. Avoid this dealer, that was the worst experience I ever had with a car dealership in my life (not kidding). I wonder if KIA is okay with this - pouring so much money into marketing with such failures at the last mile of customer's journey.

Nice facade, but sales people simply don't know what they're doing. Was offered "special" pricing higher than the sticker on the vehicle.
