Has a really great archaeological collection. However, like most museums in Portugal there is way too much emphasis on Catholic art and artifacts.

Amazing museum, full of pieces of Evora’s History. You will Roman tumbs, nice paintings from many Portuguese artists and schools, perfect marble sculptures and archeological findings. Sunday morning is free.

A must stop to know the history of the town.

This place was small and quaint and contained lots of artifacts and stones/pieces of ruins from the local area. Entrance fee was only a few Euros, and it took only about 40 minutes to see everything. There’s a cool courtyard with a hanging sculpture.

This place is affordable and awesome. There is a free audio tour with admission. The museum is not usually busy, and has lots of artifacts and art to view.
