Interesting visit where one is prety well introduced and tought how mills work with the power of the tide. The explanation concerns much larger ones and how to get there and enjoy their special scenery. Start your visit to Barreiro at oficio do turismo on the arrival by ferry boat and be instructed to visit the town. The mill is high part of the trip

Very nice little museum. The employee was helpful, knowledgeable and nice to us. Though, the museum could be a little bigger with more content and the air conditioning should be fixed - it was too hot inside. And that's the reason for 4 stars only...

Espaço inaugurado em 2019 com uma ótima estrutura e com um espaço evolvente fantástico. Uma bela homenagem a uma parte importante da história do Barreiro, os moinhos de Alburrica e a zona com os passadiços muito bem estruturada. Espaço magnifico. Um belo projeto da Câmara Municipal do Barreiro.

É um dos sítios mais bonitos de Lisboa Jardim do Torel.
