The embassy is on the 6th floor. Enter from the entrance and have the receptionist in front of the elevator issue a ticket. Be careful because you can not enter the embassy without this. You will receive a security check before entering the embassy. The crowd was always busy and the staff were kind and the procedure was very smooth. As it is not vacant at the lunch break, please be careful.

This is the Embassy of Japan in Portugal. I visited for consultation because my passport was stolen. It's not a separate building, it's inside the building. The entrance is difficult to understand, but the list of companies in the building is posted on the first floor, so you can rely on it. To enter the embassy floor, you need to tell the guard on the first floor the purpose of your visit and take the elevator. In addition, there is a baggage inspection, and you can only bring in the minimum amount of baggage. We recommend that you prepare the documents required for the procedure so that you can retrieve them immediately.

Aguardemos.
