Campsites Ferragudo

We lived there a few years in and off lovely place to be , hoping to return when Covid calms down

This is not for the public. Please say it on Google. We are apparently not the first ones to lose their time here

I just had a terrible experience with this camping. I'm travelling through Portugal and I found this camping on google maps with rather good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I tried to call several times the reception, but no one answered and when I arrived there I was told - in a very rude manner - that the camping was private and that I could not stay there for the night unless I was a member of the club (?!) A suggestion: warn customers that this camping is private in a better way, and try to do it politely next time.

This place is so called "private" so if you are not member you can not enter there which is weird, coz there is no clear and visible information about that on Google/other webpage. I recommend to stay in different camping and avoid this place.
