Decent cinema with 10 screens. Isolation could be better in some screens. Probably worth going to screen 5 only and avoid the rest.
Top
Lost a star due to the constant noise of water running through a pipe over our heads. This totally destroyed the atmosphere for quieter parts of the movie. That was the right hand side of the rear rows in screen six.
The noise outside disturb sound inside, and they dont compensate correctly
Probably the worst NOS theatre in the country. All the way, starting with the horrible, amateurishly managed customer service (no manners whatsoever and they'll treat you like they're doing you some kind of favour) and ending with low quality exhibitions with dated equipment and asynchronous sound and image. Go to NOS Dolce Vita for a better experience.
