The product is ok. However, don't pay until the job is complete! We bought a kitchen and tiles for the whole house from them. The countertop we bought from someone else as Furnas couldn't supply the product we wanted. We paid and haven't been able to get them to complete the installation. We also asked that a cabinet above the fridge that can only be accessed opening the fridge (what design logic is that??!!) be rectified. Seriously considering making an official complaint via the Complaints Book.

We wanted an offer for a wardrobe but we did not receive an answer despite many emails and calls! We asked again 6 months later, but not even a cancellation or an apology we received!!!
