Carlos Domingues de Oliveira is shockingly unprofessional, aggressive, rude, and racist. I found him offensive from our initial phone conversation so I did not seek his services. He then sent me two unprofessional emails asking for my documents. I said thanks but no thanks. He then engaged in a full out argument via email with me insisting that I was a cheap, ignorant, low quality, no money, bar maid and a disgrace to Japan. I asked to to stop harassing me and to leave me alone a number of times but he would not. This guy is unhinged and a little scary. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!
