Parque Municipal de Campismo de Arganil

Small, inexpensive municipal campground with nice views. Staff at the campground were welcoming and friendly. The gates close for cars at 10pm. At every 2nd or so pitch, there are sturdy clotheslines. Free Wi-Fi. Very old-fashioned bathrooms but pretty and clean with hot water (though very low water pressure - washing a full head of long hair takes ages...). Liquid soap and hand disinfectant were provided. Located not in Arganil itself but Sarzedo. There is a tiny shop close by which looks closed but is open in the mornings and evenings. If the door opens, just call out for the shopkeeper. A rather rustic restaurant is also in easy walking distance, where we had a good, filling and cheap meal. Good base for exploring the wider area as long as you're comfortable with serpentines ;-)

Bungalows.

Lugar bastante tranquilo, muito bom para uns passeios a pé e estar em contacto com a natureza. Tem uma piscina e uma esplanada junto ao rio alva que fazem toda a diferença.
