Awesome place to visit.
Fabulous! A "must visit" attraction established 1275-1330 depending on the source.
A very special and historical place in Russia, very famous view from outside. The place is a museum now, not an active monastery, so we did not get the same feeling like in real monasteries and other holy places. But a must-visit while in Kostroma
You can go up to the bell tower and ring the bells - this is awesome
Strongly recommend! Nice place to visit!
