Good day! For me, this organization left only negative emotions! I needed to give a wedding dress after dry cleaning. Googled and the first organization that came across to me is dry cleaning REFRESH! I called, agreed that the courier would come and pick him up, then the technologist would look at him on the spot and everything would be clear. I agreed. (I also gave the wedding coat). The next day the courier arrived, I put a fur coat in Their bag, and I gave the dress in the CASE. A day later, a girl calls me and says, it seems, the spots are washed off (they tried on a small piece of the dress), but they warned that there may be spots in some places and I agree. After 5 days, they called me and said that the dress was ready and we made an appointment with the courier. Not a word was said about the work done. On the appointed day, the courier arrived and what I see ... THE DRESS I HAVE BEEN RETURNED WITH THE SAME SPOTS AND WITHOUT A COVER! (The fur coat was kind of clean, I honestly haven’t even looked at it because of the shock). To my question about this situation, the courier immediately called the dispatcher and they answered that the spots were not laundered (although they were laundered at the request), but they did not remember the cover at all and did not know where it was. To my question, what should I pay for, if there is no result, they answered me that I still have to pay for the work done. I was so shocked that I paid for everything (2500 for a dress and 1150 for a fur coat), although I regretted it now. I got a dirty dress, a bunch of shed tears, minus in my wallet ... (the cover from the dress was still returned after 3 days) I read a lot of positive reviews, but about down jackets! Perhaps you also clean down jackets well, but I will not advise you to entrust the dress to anyone !!! I set one star exclusively for the courier, God grant him strength and patience!
