Disgusting. They didn’t clean anything, just as if they were ironing the ferry - the thing remained practically in the same state and condition as before the “service” (it was just crumpled and a little dusty from long-term storage, well, it was covered with different spots and stains) + they torn their pocket and lost it the wrong buttons, and the money in the amount of 1560 ₽ pulled off right away. After 2 weeks, only reported that my sheepskin coat is not subject to dry cleaning due to its strong wear. And it turns out that they don’t clean things in their pockets and they don’t comb out the fallen fur and in general so OLD AND DIRTY things are only suitable for throwing away, but they didn’t even know this when they were taken, but how it happens !! Their technologist simply refused to take her to work, which in general is already noticeable. They refused to return the money, re-clean the thing too. The claim was accepted, but they answered it with a standard reply, which went to me for six months and does not even correspond to the essence of the matter. It talks about the "consequences of dry cleaning" while in fact there was no dry cleaning and could not be .. according to the manager of this wonderful establishment. In a telephone conversation (otherwise the management doesn’t get in touch with customers there, apparently) this manager said bluntly and honestly: this sheepskin coat is so old that it is impossible to clean it with chemistry, otherwise it will all fall apart. And for what then they took the money, could not answer. Shame on you scammers.

I periodically give my clothes to this dry-cleaner, everything is ok. Clothes never spoiled, the cost of services is adequate.
